Since I have found out how to create custom campagin units with the existing models(You can edit the size too) in EEII, I've decided to create a mod which adds a list of new campagin units. Currently the only unit i've created is the heroic Achilles. I need ideas from everybody! Post your ideas here!

For a serious unit, I would like Persian Immortals (The really elite guys whose numbers never fell below 10 thousand) or the Greek gods, for heros. You should make a units modpack. And are you going to ever tell us how to do this. Im dying to know.

I think I will give this a try, Im starting on a new epoch 15 bomber called the "Enforcer" with the following stats,as of now:
Hitpoints:650 Speed: 1/2 of Orbital Bomber Range:20 (It is designed for long range missle strikes Model: Orbital Bomber Scale: 2 times normal orbital bomber Progectile: Normal sized missle Explosion and area effect: Normal Nuke bomb LOS: 3 Ammo: 3/3 Shots fired per atack: 1 I think It is balanced,as of now, because it needs artillary spotters, and is mostly blind. I want it to be big, it does hold 3 Nuclear Warheads! I was wondering, what is the "static" because you said at the offical forums we needed that too.

This works for both EEII and AoS actually.
So you want to know how to create new units? It's easy! (Easier then scripting I suppose) But it's hard for me to explain. Just go to db Units and find one of the files which contains the campagin units(german_campagin_units, korean_campagin_units, etc etc. Any of these will do.). You can add campagin units now! Just write out the units you want to add, just like how other units are added. The two things you need to include are the unit statics and the model, you can enable unit upgrades too. Just like this:

This is actually the giant Hades campagin units(at the top screenshot). If you add this into the end of one of the campagin units files it will still work.
And a tip to you is when you want to make a unit which looks like one of the existing unit. You can go to that file for that unit and copy the whole thing down to the campagin units file, then start modding it(For example if you want to make long bow man and want the model to be the composite bowmen, go to light infantry and copy all the things about it, including the visaul info).

By the way I'm not the first one to discover this! A clever modder called Futurewaves discovered this as soon as the game is out! He also discover how to create in-game units(Ones you can create even in skirmish games). Unfortuanately he stopped modding eventually and most of his discovery still remains a mystery. But he did made a few mods in EEHeaven. However they don't work anymore since they are for patch 1.0 and 1.1 only.
