There has been no official announcement of an Empire Earth IV. This board is for suggestions and comments about what players would want for an upcoming sequel, IF it is made.
The current status of Empire Earth License is that Rebellion now owns it and has control over whether there will be an Empire Earth 4. Sierra no longer exists after Vivendi Games and Activision merged.
Following this Rebellion bought the Empire Earth IP and own the franchise.
MadDoc, the previous developer of the series (not including the first) on the 4th of April 2008 were taken over by Rockstar Games and renamed to Rockstar New England.
The domain empireearth.com is now owned by an undisclosed third party.
