Okay, I have seen some scenarios (The Final Resistance) that do not include a script file when I dl them, but when I install the scn. file, the script is included with it. How did you do this?

well when add the script using map editor, it automatically attaches the script to the scenario.

Great! I never knew that! Knowing this, are multiplayer scenario's with scripts possible too?

You can in fact host a scripted multiplayer scenario online. MRauron(My friend) and I had played a few scripted scens on AoS. We played a scen where unique units were disabled(because they are unbalance for epoch 1, 6 and 11).
