Rating- 4.3
It was a very fun scenario to play, and the custom music really added to the effect of it. It was hard, and you need strategy to win. Its not a simple 2 click game (Select your army and atack move) and one of the best fixed force scenario's I played. The enemy is stronger then you, but it is still possible using uber-micro.
My strategy to beat it- First things first, I set up masses of my troops at the entrances to the tranches, and waited for the enemy, while I put everybody in Triangle formation and stay unpacked for the moible RLs. Then when the enemy main force arived. When there entire army was grouped into a small space, I nuked them, and a large majority were either weakened or died from the rad poisioning. When they let down there troops on one side, I made the idle defenders go around the enemy and surronded them. With a much larger force (due to people healing my front lines, the enemy was finished in a matter of seconds. Most of my army was still intact.
A good example of how a small force can destroy a larger and more stronger one with few casualties.

thx for comments mistacrow, I tried to balance it so the player would need to use strategy to beat the machines, and the simple attack move wouldnt work. Nice strategy, I personally group my troops into 3 different groups, 1st group to hold the machines head on in the middle and other 2 to outflank the machines. Usually it makes the machines hold ground in the middle and then I send the nuclear plane to wipe out as many as I can. On quite a few occasions though the machines outflank me or the nuclear plane gets destroyed before it can nuke.

I also think it's a fun scenario to play.It is quite challenging too. I like the custom music too. As mistacrow said you need to use some stratagy.Simply attack-move won't gain you victory. My stratagy was to send my army up and use my nuclear bomber to destroy or damage the powerful Blackworths. I send some of my tanks to go round the map and attack them from behind, since they are the fastest units I have. And the result was a great victory to me! ;D
About the map design, I think it is a bit plain. There are some interesting ambients in it. But most of the areas were wasteland. I don't really know a lot about the Matrix so I can't say it isn't good. But I think you can add a little bit more elevations like small hills, etc. Because even plains are not completely flat. Perhaps you can add even more "war ambients" like electric wires, even more destroyed buildings, burning structures, etc.

unless you mean big changes in elevation I did try to make the surface quite uneven and realistic (the black holes in the ground being where the humans tried firing long range weapons which were actually made by Zero One).

One thing I would like to see is the music starting once the battle actully starts. It ended before the battle started in some occasions!

That would probably be quite hard to do(Even for me!). However it may be possible I think.
