Tatics page button a little hard to find

I think that is a little hard to find out that EEP is a link to the tatics page without reading the post. If I were PzK I would:
-Make a mouse over text with the word Tactics
-A seperate link
-A news post with big flashing letters saying OMG CLIKZ ON EEP AND U GO TO TACTIX LOLZZZZ

alright im gonna fix this problem with the more pages than news,about,links,media,files and forums. Currently it looks very ametuer and basically crap on how to get to other sites (eg. click on about and then access the empire earth page....... Im gonna make a menu navigation box which should make the site look more professional and easier to access other pages (eg. Tactics).
